  • While we make every effort to show product colors and details accurately, variations may occur due to differences in monitor, smartphone, or tablet displays.

 

Refunds and Exchanges:

  • Made-to-Order Policy: All our outfits and accessories are made-to-order. Hence, we do not offer refunds for goods once sold.

  • Custom Orders: If there is a genuine quality defect in a custom order (not from the sale section), we may, at our sole discretion, issue store credit points of the same value.

 

Terms for Returns and Exchanges:

  1. Condition of Items:

    • Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.

    • Items that are damaged, soiled, or show signs of use will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.

  1. Accessories and Packaging:

    • Belts, bags, and any packaging (such as cards or packing bags) must be included with your return.

  1. Faulty Goods:

    • Goods are considered faulty only if received damaged.

    • Damage resulting from normal wear and tear is not covered.

    • Where possible, we may offer repairs for faulty items.

  1. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Custom-made orders and sale pieces are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

 

Return Process:

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please follow these steps:

  1. Inform Us:

    • Contact us at info@namitasharma.com within 7 working days of receiving the product.

    • Provide the following details:

      • Order number

      • Full name

      • Contact number

      • Clear images of the defect or damage.

 

Approval and Dispatch:

    • Once our Customer Care Team acknowledges your email, ship the product back to us within 7 working days using a reliable courier service.

    • Share the courier service details and tracking number with us.

    • Please note that return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, and we are not liable for any damage caused during transit.

 

Store Credit Points:

​

  • After verifying the returned item for defects or damage, we will issue store credit points equal to the value of the product.

  • Usage Terms:

    • Store credit can be used to buy another product of the same or higher value.

    • Credit is valid for six months from the date of issue.

    • Your next purchase will be shipped to you free of shipping costs as a gesture of gratitude for your trust and patience.

  • Time Frame: If you receive a parcel with a missing or damaged item, you must report it to us within 2 days of delivery.

  • Proof Required: To help us resolve the issue efficiently, please provide:

    • A clear box-opening video showing the unboxing process.

    • Photographs of the item(s) and the delivery package from all angles.

 

Resolution Process

  1. Investigation: Once you give the required details, our Customer Care Team will carefully review your report and investigate the issue.

  2. Outcome: We will communicate the resolution to you promptly, ensuring a fair and satisfactory solution based on our findings.

 

International Orders

  • Important Note: International orders are not eligible for exchanges or returns, so please double-check all details before placing your order.

  • Sale Items: All items from the sale section are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

  • Final Sale: Once bought, sale items are believed to be sold forever and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
