  • Made to Order Timeline:

    • Haute Couture: Delivery typically takes 3 to 4 weeks minimum to 5 to 6 weeks maximum after payment confirmation.

    • Casual Couture & Accessories: Delivery takes 1 to 2 weeks minimum to 3 to 4 weeks maximum.

  • Urgent Orders: If you need your order urgently, contact our Customer Care Team at info@namitasharmalabel.com or +91-8079084139 before placing your order.

  • Unexpected Delays: Delivery may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or political disruptions. We’ll keep you updated on the status of your order.

  • Order Timing: Orders placed after Saturday, 4 PM, will be processed on the next business day.

2.   Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping in India Available for all orders.

  • International Shipping: 

  • A shipping fee of ₹5000 applies to all global orders. 

  • We ship globally from our studio in Jaipur, India.

3.  Customs Duties & Taxes:

 

Customers are liable for any other customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred.

    • These charges, if applicable, vary by country and are not included in the order total.

    • If duties and taxes are unpaid, Namita Sharma Label is not responsible for non-delivery and cannot offer refunds.

  • Most global orders do not incur additional fees, but charges may sometimes apply.

 

 

4.  Cash on Delivery

  • We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery for any orders.

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

7.  Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Namita Sharma Label is not liable for any loss or theft. Please make sure the shipping address provided is secure.
